Very comfortable appartment

The appartment has absolutely everything you need to spend a awesome week. Everything was in very good condition. The apartment is located on a very busy street, which is why you can hear not only the sound of the sea on the balcony;) Communication with the owners was very uncomplicated, very helpful and friendly.

The water view was awesome as was the condo. They had room ac’s but they seemed to keep us cool enough. We went in March and it was adequate. The living room unit wasn’t real cool so it may need replacing before too long but it was perfectly fine for us! The owners take care of all the little extras which usually add up. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent even Tide for laundry. We were very comfortable and the bed and beddings were very nice! The pool area is lovely and sunsets are gorgeous right off the balcony. My husband and I were just talking about what a great location it is also.

This is a great place to stay in North Kīhei. Even though this area can get windier at times, it is a great central place to stay on the west side of Maui. We were able to enjoy sight-seeing all over the island without spending too much time driving (even our starting point on the Shaka Guide app for the road to Hana was around 25-30 minutes away). There were many shopping centers and eateries that were only 5-15 minutes away as well. We have used VRBO for various vacations and I have to say that John and Darlene have one of the best equipped condos. I am an over packer and was even more so when it came to staying at their place. We had so many essentials such as staple kitchen and laundry items, beach equipment, toiletries, linens/towels, etc. The condo itself is very clean and perfectly decorated to give you that beach oasis feel. Be aware that the building itself is a little older. The elevator was down for a majority of our stay but this unit is in the 2nd floor so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.Darlene is the main contact when it comes to communication and she is great about responding in a timely manner, especially once your stay has started. Mahalo, John and Darlene, for providing a great place to stay!

This unit is very cozy. It is very clean & matches the photos listed. The balcony is on the north side of the building and has a great view of the ocean. You are also looking at grass & trees and not another building. Location is very convenient if you are exploring other parts of the island as it is centrally located. Also just a short drive to many restaurants in the Kihei area. Host is very easy to contact.

Wonderful condo! The view was beautiful and the space was perfect for us. It is stocked with plenty of kitchen items, towels and beach items which was very nice. Like previous reviews, the only negative is the road noise. The AC does help at night.

Great location in a quiet complex. Pictures of the property were exactly as taken. Beach is quiet, clean and it's cool to see the outrigger society go out on the boats in the morning and evening. Can walk a long ways down the beach in both directions. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Descent sized pool. Nice welcome gift of coffee and nuts. Only thing that could be improved was the street/cars noise although to put can drown it out with the air or a white noise machine. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Kealia Resort. The location is great being close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of the city. The sunrise made the tree outside the lanai just light up with the most amazing glowing orange color. The beach was spectacular too. The condo was wonderfully stocked and met all of our needs. The hosts were so thoughtful to even have a welcome basket and easy to be in touch with.

Great spot for island exploration

Loved our stay in Maui in the Kealia condo. Place was fully stocked with everything you would need. Perfect location, away from the real touristy areas but close to everything you would need. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple; any more than that and you might start to feel cramped. Having to choose between a dip in the pool or in the ocean after a day out in the sun was the hardest part of the stay.

Excellent centrally located Maui stay

My wife and I had an excellent time staying here. It was clean, spacious for two, had a lot of misc items we needed for our trip, and was centrally located to many attractions on the island but also quiet and away from the busier parts of Kihei.

Perfect getaway!

This little condo was absolutely perfect for us! We sat on the patio or couch daily and listened to the waves. We did have the A/C on at night to block traffic noises. The location was absolutely fantastic in getting to every thing on the island. The beach front is also fantastic for playing in the ocean or watching the sun set!

Good property

Beach is good but water is not clear. Property was clean, received welcome package which was very nice. Good communication for any issues we encountered. Beach front beauty!

We were very impressed the minute we walked in. Decorated beautifully with a beach theme. We were welcomed with gifts of cookies, macadamia nuts and coffee!! The bed was wonderful as well as the shower area. No need to buy any beach gear it was all supplied!! Highly recommend!!
