Grand appartement en copropriété privée dans le complexe de condominiums de la station balnéaire sur la plage ensoleillée Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Chambre des maîtres avec lit King et une salle de bains privative attenante. 2ème chambre avec lits jumeaux en bas et 2ème salle de bains dans le couloir avec douche, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine avec bar. PLUS grande vue privée pont regardant vers l'océan. Les chaises de plage, serviettes de bain, appareils de taille complète, y compris la climatisation et laveuse sécheuse. Vraiment, vient de frapper l'épicerie et vous êtes prêt pour la semaine!

Informations générales:
 Le Maui Sunset se trouve sur plus de 5 acres de bord de mer à Kihei qui est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs endroits de la vallée de l'Isle. Kihei est réputé pour son ensoleillement de l'année, alizés doux, et l'air apaisante du soir. Elle est l'une des régions les plus sèches et les plus ensoleillées sur toute l'île, en moyenne seulement 10 pouces par an! Le célèbre piscine et des plages de plongée en apnée sont à quelques minutes à l'une des nombreuses plages de sable sûres à Kihei et Wailea à proximité. Juste une courte distance (6 miles) de cinq championnat de 18 trous de golf resort at Wailea et Makena. Les deux bâtiments encadrent et protègent une grande zone de loisirs qui est soigneusement assisté et paysagé. Le 60 pieds piscine avec ses larges terrasses et l'abondance des meubles de piscine vous invite à améliorer votre bronzage.

Beautiful sunset view and easy access to pool and beach, comfy beds and couches, well stocked kitchen, and the most amazing grass off the lenai. Seriously, this place is fantastic.

We stayed here with family and got married on the condo grounds while we were there. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and there is a large park/green space between the walk out patio and the beamazing. The living space inside very nicely done and well stocked. We often had friends and family over for supper and there was lots of space. The only downside at all was that parking could be tough to find at times.

SUPERB

We had a wonderful time and this place was the icing on our Maui Cake!!! The location was perfect! We literally sat on the Lanai watching the whales while having our morning coffee and breakfasts. A short walk on the lawn took us to the beach where we got to see the turtles and play in the water. The owners were very responsive and accommodating!! I will definitely be staying here again!! Mahalo for everything - my 83 yr old mother had a blast!!

Amazing unit!

We have been staying at the Maui Sunset for the past decade. We love the location, well maintained grounds and being right on the beach to watch the sunset every night. This was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It has everything you need! Having AC in all the rooms and main living room was a huge bonus. The patio is really nice with the two ceiling fans. We ate dinner outside multiple nights. We loved it, it checked all the boxes for us. We will definitely be back!

This Condo is a gem!

We loved our week long stay in this condo. The location was beautiful. We loved the patio right off the large grassy area, proximity to the beach and the to the pool. The condo itself was so clean and we loved the up to date amenities. It was a perfect fit for my two kids so they could have their own beds. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Maui. Thank you for offering a great place to stay!

Excellent stay in Kihei

Great property, lots to do on-site and close by to shopping. Two parents, 2 teens 15 & 16, 1 senior. We alternated across our 10-day vacation with one day at the condo (pool, beach, shuffleboard, putting green, tennis etc.) and next exploring other public beaches and tourist spots (e.g. volcano at sunrise, Maui Farm, public market, etc.). Well-appointed, clean condo unit with everything you could need.

Perfect for my family!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The huge grassy area was perfect for the kids to run around and for the adults to play bocce (available at the pool!) during nap time. Everything we needed for the beach including chairs and an umbrella were there for us. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great location and lovely walk to the beach

The stay was easy. Beds comfortable, AC worked great. Nice to have washer dryer. Opening the sliding doors and walking out, on ground level, to the beach was lovely. So nice and convenient. It was easy to park close to the condo. We’ll stocked with kitchen appliances and beach items. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Reviewer Comments: the best feature of this condo is the location , beach front- but with a large open grassy field- which was perfect for our kids to play on. the condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. everything was nice an clean. one small issue is the beach isn't great for swimming , due to the coal and rocks on the shore, but there are many swimmable beaches very close by ( within a mile). every night you get a front row view of the sunset which was great. i would 100% book this room again

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described. The location was great. It was not completely clean when we arrived. There were used coffee grinds in the pot, the floor was gritty, and the sheets were not washed. The washing machine was broken and we had not been told beforehand. There was constant construction noise from the adjoining condo. When we finally got a response from the manager after notifying him about these things, we were told that a new washer would be delivered (5 days into our trip). So one of our vacation afternoons was spent waiting for the delivery. The concerns about the cleanliness were basically ignored. For the price we paid, and our trip being a week long, we think we should have been told beforehand about the washer and the construction.

The layout is functional and spacious.
