Situé à KDH ... 2. Blocs de l'océan et accès facile à la plage! Maison ancienne refaite aux crampons! De nouvelles cuisines, de nouveaux bains, de nouvelles installations électriques et de plomberie, de nouvelles cloisons sèches et un nouvel air central!

Unité 1: Accès au niveau du sol à l'unité 1 ... Adapté aux personnes handicapées, 2 chambres avec de nouveaux matelas haut de gamme, 1 salle de bain, salon avec canapé-lit et cuisine / salle à manger.

Unité 2: Deux chambres ... Une reine, une très grande suite privée avec baignoire de jardin et puits de lumière / terrasse, salon avec canapé-lit et salle à manger / cuisine.

Great place with fun pool!

The location and pool and overall property experience was great minus a few easy TLC repairs that are needed. The only thing that could make it better is if there were steps inside or outback down to the pool to connect the bottom floor unit to the top floor unit.Patricia is very timely with replying and we would definitely stay again, even more so if the two units were more easily connected.

Great time

We stayed with my in-laws and it was the perfect space to enjoy the beach together, but have separate spaces. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the public beach access, but we drove and parked most days. The king/queen unit is upstairs with the sleeper sofa and futon. My only complaint would be that the grass was long and there wasn’t a true walkway to the upstairs unit/backyard. Overall, would definitely book here again.

Family Wedding

Enjoyed our visit to OBX for a family vacation. Overall property was good, cleaners missed a few details but no biggie. Was disappointed that the "grill" was the kind you find at a roadside park instead of a gas grill. Also, handicap accessible as long as they can manage a 5" doorstep into the property. Great price, I would stay here again.

Separate but together

We had a lovely beach week family vacation. The house was perfect for my family and my parents. It was nice being together but also having our own space. The pool was one of my favorite parts. The location to food and stores was great. We would for sure rent here again.

It was fine

The location of the house was decent, it is a long walk to the beach so we ended up driving. Everything in the house is outdated, minus the pool. Communication with the owner was good. The AC unit downstairs wasn’t working properly the first day and a half so she had someone come look at it and they fixed it. I have to mention that it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, the couches in the downstairs apartment are obviously very worn and look like they need a good scrubbing. With that being said- she did let us in early and I had asked the cleaner if she was finished for the day and she told me she was. No one cleaned the pool the entire time we were there and it had sand in the bottom of it and other sorts of debris. The downstairs bathroom doesn’t have any blinds or a curtain in the window- they have a boogie board propped up outside of the window for privacy.

We had a great week. Weather and water were perfect. House was in a good location. Great parking. Would be a long walk to the beach. House could use some updating. Pool/outdoor furniture was great The kids loved it.

Nice split duplex with a pool

We really enjoyed the split duplex (upstairs/downstairs) aspect of this property. Allowed for some separation and privacy which was appreciated by all. The pool was also very nice and was well maintained, it was cleaned twice while we were there. The walk to the beach was quite a haul though but it was still doable. Some updates to appliances would really make this a great property. And there were no blinds in one of the windows upstairs which should be fixed. Overall though we really enjoyed this property and our stay in the OBX!

Central location to everything you need

This layout was perfect for our family of adult children. Plenty of room to all hang out together but also duplex allowed for privacy on separate floors. The pool is awesome and was the perfect ending to our busy days. Would definitely return to this location and highly recommend to everyone.

Beach Trip

We loved our vacation here, close to the beach, food and stores. The kids enjoyed the pool after coming back from the beach and it was nice to just relax for the week that we stayed there. We have already discussed coming back next year.

Great Location! - and who doesn't love a pool?

Comfortable, clean home close to all the best shopping and dining. It's a true duplex which worked out well for us, allowing grampa to take the little ones downstairs for early bedtimes leaving mom and dad to have some quality private time upstairs at the end of each busy day.

Great place to stay!

The communication with the owner was BEYOND my expectations. She replied immediately and was so friendly. She answered every question and promptly. We encountered some issues during our stay like cleanliness - the owner explained she will talk to cleaning lady and I don’t blame the owner for someone not cleaning her property correctly that’s out of her hands when she trusts someone to come in and clean. The AC broke downstairs but my husband fixed it thankfully or I’m not sure what we would have done with having babies in the house. The pool was awesome I love how it had a ledge all the way down the one side to sit on, worked great with children. The back yard in itself is spectacular. We got to enjoy brand new furniture upstairs although the downstairs needs some new couches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Not happy for the cost of rental and conditions.

Property was a little to far to beach access with small children. The property was not clean mold on shower curtains, air intake filters were dirty, toothpaste on bathroom facet, floors not clean and artificial plants coated in dust. New pool was a blessing.

Great beach week

We absolutely loved the place! The pool was perfect and especially nice as the surf was bad a few days due to tropical storm. Highly recommend it and will likely look for it again.
