« 1. Even though I prepaid my reservation, the two clerks, who spoke very little English, could not find my reservation, insisting I hadn't made one. Even after I presented my confirmation code, they said I had no reservation. After several minutes they either found it or just gave me a room.
2. They did not inform me about any of the hotels few amenities; breakfast, wifi, etc.
3. The map to the room did not have my room number on in it, 312. When I asked about it they said the 300 series...

« The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare. »
