« When you first get on the property the yard is unkept. We got in our room and it looked like a frat bro had a party in the room and the maid cleaned as well as she could. Things broken, stains on counter, curtains torn and I was scared it was going to have bed bugs. I love Holiday Express but this one was awful!!! I want my money back! »

« Horrible experience front lady was very rude. I don’t know why they have smoking rooms that carpet, but have the non-smoking rooms hardwood. It makes no sense. It’s very backwards ! Room stinks / Ac barely works ! Then if you extend your room they asked for $20 just for you to stay in your room two hours. Otherwise you have to check out and check back in . In the same room ! Then she says she has to pay her housekeepers to clean the room, but if you don’t have to clean the room that you don’t...

« The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare. »
