Up to eight guests can enjoy the spaciousness of this multi-floor, three bedroom, three bathroom condo located in The Woods Resort & Spa complex in Killington, Vermont. The entire condo has an amazing ambiance for your group to enjoy the warm fireplace after a day on the slopes. The Woods amenity center is one of the best features of this condo. Free to all guests and open year round, you'll have access to a large 75 foot heated L-shaped pool with lap lane, two jacuzzis, steam room, sauna, fitness room and clay tennis courts. You can also indulge yourself in the spa with ala carte treatments. Come stay with us!

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short drive away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and spa. Hours vary by season.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
