Gut: Sauberkeit
The space was great, but a few things were lacking. I rented a 2bdrm/2bath for an entire week. I contacted Vacasa to ask about things that are normally supplied with a vacation rental like this and was told there was a Harter's nearby. I was disappointed to have to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, oven mitt, saran wrap & foil. The directions were lacking. GPS announced we had arrived & our destination was on the right. We turned in to a very sparsely lit parking lot & tried to enter a unit that I discovered was not ours. I called Vacasa & the person I spoke with was obviously not well associated with the property either, he told us the building was right in front of us & we would just need to pull into the first parking space. We had to drive at least another 1\4 mile and it was a little tricky to locate. Once inside, where was something sticky on the countertop that we had to clean. The dishes looked like they had been cleaned, but there were greasy fingerprints/smudges on them. The silverware was dirty. The floor tile was dirty around the column next to the jetted tub. You should put a note on the washer/dryer unit to let people know the location of the lint trap. I looked & didn't find it. Then my daughter did a load and showed me that there were circles melted into her pajamas & that then transferred onto her undergarments. Upon looking inside the drum, I found the lint trap.We killed a few spiders & millipedes inside. Loved the space & patio.
