Amazing property, great Host, will definitely book again. Had 7 Families, 20 Kids, 14 adults, plenty of room for everyone. Tons of fridge space. Top of the line TVs. Games all worked perfect. Sauna was a huge hit for the girls, and the hot tub was great for everyone. Definite highlight was the little pool, especially for the toddlers and younger kids. Pool Door has a special lock allowing you to keep kids out when needed. Thank you very much to the property owners, great communication and accommodating.

We loved everything about this house! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which we all loved! The kids and adults both loved the game room, pool and hot tub. This is a place you can stay and never leave during your vacation which was great for our family Christmas! I would definitely recommend this house for large groups of all ages!

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for our big family! it is spacious, comfortable, and stocked with so many amenities that we hardly needed to leave, which was perfect with our littles. Enough room they could take naps while they older kiddos played and enjoyed the pool and game room. The location was also great, being close to golf for the dads and just a short drive to Silver Dollar City. Can’t say enough great things about the owners! They were wonderful to work with personable, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! We will be back!

My wife and I hosted a family get together at this property for an early Thanksgiving. Our party consisted of 14 adults and five grandchildren ages seven months to age 12. Everything was clean and ready to go upon our arrival. Check-in is a breeze, and the hosts were super accommodating and easy to communicate with. This property well exceeded all of our expectations. There is more than enough room for everyone not to be underfoot, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and a kitchen that is overly stocked to prepare and serve any kind of meal you desire. The two dishwashers and refrigerators are a nice touch for large groups. The views from the decks are spectacular overlooking Table Rock Lake, and is a great place to sip your coffee and watch the sunrise if you’re an early riser. We spent a ton of time on the decks watching football, enjoying the views and the fire table. I highly recommend this property for family fun get together.

Words do not do this house justice! This was BY A LANDSLIDE the most amazing property to stay at, from start to finish. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer because I feel like we didn’t get to enjoy ALL the house had to offer. The view was AMAZING for sunsets, the indoor pool was bigger than photo’s, linens/pillows/rooms were PLENTY big so for sharing with friends and/or family, this was just amazing. The home theater room was so fun also, sports or cartoons, it just felt more fun watching it IN our own theater! Every detail was thought out. Do instance machines, lights/fans/wifi all easy and accessible. The firepit table on the deck was such a vibe that we used every day and night! The gaming floor downstairs by the pool was so fun, NOT just for the kids! I mean it, I wish we had more time to just be IN the house which says a lot for a VRBO rental. The sound proofing was great also for bedrooms and bathrooms, again details were well thought out. Owner was polite, responsive, and accommodating. I’d give this house 6-stars if possible, if on the fence, BOOK it. You will not regret it. Can’t wait to return someday!

This house truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. It's the perfect spot for a large group — there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.We were never bored during our stay; there was always something fun to do, whether inside or outside. The stunning views of the lake were a highlight — we could’ve spent all day just soaking them in. Host made check in so easy. Called day before and went over everything and made sure I didn’t have additional questions, Kitchens were amazing had everything you could think of. Multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, big grill, large tables and lots of counter space.

Excellent place to stay!! All of what the photos show is true!! Amazing hosts!! Had to call for cleaning supplies. The hosts responded in a timely manner. We ran out of propane, the hosts were willing to bring more. This house is for all ages!!

A trip to remember!!!

For the last 18 years, three generations of our family have done a family reunion, whereby we all stay in one house. This house met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful sunsets to the amazing game room, and all of the things in between such as sauna, Lake, swimming pool, and so much more! But most of all the hosts, Ryan & Johanna were excellent to communicate and deal with and made our trip even better! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house is fantastic and very comfortable for a big group of people. The indoor pool with a TV was a big hit, as were all of the games downstairs (with kids and adults alike!). We rented boats from What’s Up Dock, and they were fantastic and so close to the house. We also recommend a trip to Dogwood Canyon, which is quite beautiful. My only other tip would be to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, as the unit does not come adequately stocked.

Best Week Ever

This property is awesome. It was even better than the pictures. The weather wasn't good when we got there, but there was so much to do at the house that it kept us pretty busy and allowed us to bond. The game table was our favorite. Many games were played, our favorite was LIFE. The view is spectacular and we eventually got to enjoy the outside fireplaces and swings. It was close enough to Branson to enjoy shows and attractions. We only wish we had more time there.

This place was perfect!

Everything about this house was great. It was clean, had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, hot tub was great, the games gave us plenty to do(mario kart was my personal favorite & the boys played the golf one the most). The decks were perfect for hanging out. It was big enough everyone had their own space, but plenty of room to hang out together. Communication with Ryan was outstanding during the entire process. I would definitely recommend this house and come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! There are so many things to do that you never get bored and everyone from the oldest to the youngest had fun! From the pool, movie theater, so many games and the well equipped deck spaces where everyone wanted to sit and look out at the beautiful lake! This was a hit and I highly recommend renting this property!
