Words do not do this house justice! This was BY A LANDSLIDE the most amazing property to stay at, from start to finish. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer because I feel like we didn’t get to enjoy ALL the house had to offer. The view was AMAZING for sunsets, the indoor pool was bigger than photo’s, linens/pillows/rooms were PLENTY big so for sharing with friends and/or family, this was just amazing. The home theater room was so fun also, sports or cartoons, it just felt more fun watching it IN our own theater! Every detail was thought out. Do instance machines, lights/fans/wifi all easy and accessible. The firepit table on the deck was such a vibe that we used every day and night! The gaming floor downstairs by the pool was so fun, NOT just for the kids! I mean it, I wish we had more time to just be IN the house which says a lot for a VRBO rental. The sound proofing was great also for bedrooms and bathrooms, again details were well thought out. Owner was polite, responsive, and accommodating. I’d give this house 6-stars if possible, if on the fence, BOOK it. You will not regret it. Can’t wait to return someday!

This house truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. It's the perfect spot for a large group — there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.We were never bored during our stay; there was always something fun to do, whether inside or outside. The stunning views of the lake were a highlight — we could’ve spent all day just soaking them in. Honestly, we never wanted to leave!We had such a great time that we’re already talking about booking this home again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

Overall we loved the property. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The arcade was fantastic and all of the kids loved it ! The indoor pool is the perfect size for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Host made check in so easy. Called day before and went over everything and made sure I didn’t have additional questions, Kitchens were amazing had everything you could think of. Multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, big grill, large tables and lots of counter space.

Excellent place to stay!! All of what the photos show is true!! Amazing hosts!! Had to call for cleaning supplies. The hosts responded in a timely manner. We ran out of propane, the hosts were willing to bring more. This house is for all ages!!

A trip to remember!!!

For the last 18 years, three generations of our family have done a family reunion, whereby we all stay in one house. This house met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful sunsets to the amazing game room, and all of the things in between such as sauna, Lake, swimming pool, and so much more! But most of all the hosts, Ryan & Johanna were excellent to communicate and deal with and made our trip even better! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house is fantastic and very comfortable for a big group of people. The indoor pool with a TV was a big hit, as were all of the games downstairs (with kids and adults alike!). We rented boats from What’s Up Dock, and they were fantastic and so close to the house. We also recommend a trip to Dogwood Canyon, which is quite beautiful. My only other tip would be to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, as the unit does not come adequately stocked.

Best Week Ever

This property is awesome. It was even better than the pictures. The weather wasn't good when we got there, but there was so much to do at the house that it kept us pretty busy and allowed us to bond. The game table was our favorite. Many games were played, our favorite was LIFE. The view is spectacular and we eventually got to enjoy the outside fireplaces and swings. It was close enough to Branson to enjoy shows and attractions. We only wish we had more time there.

This place was perfect!

Everything about this house was great. It was clean, had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, hot tub was great, the games gave us plenty to do(mario kart was my personal favorite & the boys played the golf one the most). The decks were perfect for hanging out. It was big enough everyone had their own space, but plenty of room to hang out together. Communication with Ryan was outstanding during the entire process. I would definitely recommend this house and come back!

Great family getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! There are so many things to do that you never get bored and everyone from the oldest to the youngest had fun! From the pool, movie theater, so many games and the well equipped deck spaces where everyone wanted to sit and look out at the beautiful lake! This was a hit and I highly recommend renting this property!

Wonderful Place for Family!

Amazing home with any and everything you could ask for to keep all ages engaged and entertained! Ryan our owner and host went out of his way to accommodate us with any request! We will definitely rebook for our Branson trips.

Amazing

I have to tell you from start to finish both the hosts Ryan and his wife were amazing!!!!!! They communicated effectively, we got a welcome call the morning of our check in which was nice and new! The house was spectacular to say the least. The pictures does the property no good! Although it was really rainy, wet and cold during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the decks that offered big screens tv’s fireplaces and more. The kids enjoyed no wait more than enjoyed the games they thought they were in heaven to wake up to and go to sleep with so many games like they were truly in the arcade. Had to drag people out of the movie room it was so relaxing and amazing!!! Each room offered its own bathroom plus guest bathrooms in community areas. The house was huge never a point to feel crowded it was just that spacious. Price was well worth it. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy more with my family. The kids thought I was the rich auntie to do it so big. But to get all my siblings and close family together during this time was amazing. Thank you once more Ryan to you and your beautiful wife.

Great family place

The house is wonderful! Everything you need is right there. Private indoor swimming pool, movie theater, hot tub, spa and an arcade/game room. There is a large deck and patio with a beautiful view of Tablerock lake. We really enjoyed our stay. The grandchildren had so much fun. Ryan was a great host and made sure everything was right for us. Highly recommend.

Winter staycation dream stay!

This place was very clean, spacious, the owner was a breeze to work with! Our Christmas with family was amazing here . We all enjoyed time around the spacious tables and kids loved every minute of the pool and arcade! We even watched the Super Bowl in the movie theater!

Spectacular

This property is everything it promised. There are so many things to do. It was like being at an all inclusive resort. We felt no need to leave for activities or entertainment. We all needed a getaway and that’s what this property offered. Our favorite Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at! The homeowners were also very informative and responsive! It was a spectacular vacation home!

The House Itself Can Be The Vacation

Absolutely fantastic house, exactly as described in the listing. Booked this property due to all of the amenities it offered. Part of our vacation had a less than desirable forecast for getting out and about. We knew that even if we got stuck inside 1 or 2 days (which we did) we would have plenty of things to do at this property! Host was extremely responsive. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Exceeded all expectations

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. We have traveled the country over the past 20 years and this is one of our favorite homes we have stayed in. New, clean, fully stocked. The arcade is top notch and the indoor heated pool was perfect for a cold February trip. The hot tub on the lower deck overlooks the lake views and the fireplaces and TVs on both decks allows for lots of outdoor entertainment as well. We will for sure be back to stay here again, and next time bring the rest of our family to enjoy. The kids and adults all loved the movie theatre as well for movies and for playing PlayStation. The grocery store and the funky twig ice cream shop are just 5 minutes down the road and other than that, we never felt the need to leave the house. Great memories made in this home!! Book it before your dates are gone!! Owners stayed in touch throughout our stay and were just a text away. They really care about making your stay the best!!
