« Lovely cottage, very comfortable and homely. The road is narrow, quite busy and there are no pavements, so walking along the road can be a bit hazardous. The walk along the edge of the estuary is pretty muddy and requires boots or wellies. »

« Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view is breathtaking and if you catch a sunset even more so. The accommodation is fine if a little worn around the edges but no big deal. The only things to point out to potential guests is that the WiFi is very slow even by Hope Cove standards. Not sure if there was an issue with it but something to be aware of. In addition there is no freezer just a small ice box at the top of one of the fridges. Worth bearing in mind if you do an online shopping order...

« Everything was simply perfect. It all started with our outstanding landlords Rob and Sian, who were so warm, welcoming, easy to contact and gave so many helpful recommendations. We loved Pipers Cottage and the surrounding landscape from the very beginning. The cottage is decorated in such a homely way and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Due to the weather, we didn't see many beaches but found many other wonderful things to do for example we enjoyed our walks to Salcombe. Thank you again...

« The property was very clean and well equipped, unfortunately we ran into a few problems. Check in day revealed television problems , the next day a tv expert found a cut antenna wire. We had to turn on the heat for the towel rails, We never had evening or morning heating. »

« Cottage was a very good base for exploring places in Dartmouth. Clean and tidy cottage. Cottage itself had everything we needed. However the cottage could've done with a bit of a make over. Pictures on walls. End of bath. Bedlinen . Bed was comfortable. There was a little hole in the window in the bathroom. Also when you got in the shower you overlooked a public footpath. Overall we enjoyed our stay »
