« Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...

« Our room did not have a handicap shower. Originally bought a king suite with ada shower. So the hostest gave us regular Ada queen room, which ended up being a single double bed not a queen! We were given no refund for the difference in room prices. Just very upsetting for a Hilton stay. »
