« The hotel itself was excellent, as were the staff. The attached restaurant however, was atrocious. The service was practically non existent. We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. « Confortable mais piscine n'était pas inclus dans la chambre et c'est très petit. Le savon etc est jeté tout les jours et le dernier jour non remplacé. Soucis avec le bouchon d'évier mais c'était rectifié très rapidement. »

« The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open. »

« Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy. »

« Depuis l’aéroport à pied, ce n’est pas du tout bien indiqué. En plus les chambres ne sont pas très propres, il y a de la poussière et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude ! »
