„The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly. The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again.“

„Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. „Loved the swimming pool, that’s the main reason I booked this hotel, however it was very warm, too warm to do much swimming. Our room was lovely and clean, if not a little dated. The breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent. We didn’t get round to using the spa, so we will be coming back. I would definitely recommend“

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„it's a great location, with a marvelous view. right on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. check in procedure was fast but very friendly. should have booked parking, but that was my fault. what i like are decent showers, with plenty of water pressure, which often is a real issue in hotels around the uk, no disappointment either. i had a great easter break, thank YOU !“
