You are in walking distance to Baxter Marina, beaches and the lake. The pool, pickleball courts and other property amenities are just an added bonus. The owners, Carolyn and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back again! “

„It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars ...
