« One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. « Tres belle expérience. Les chambres sont très propres, magnifiques et le service est hors pair Leann notre hôte est fantastique et chaleureuse. J ai laissé une partie de mon cœur dans cette place et à Woodstock aussi Je reviendrai sur et certain car Leann nous fait sentir chez nous. Ma chambre était magnifique, The hippies. Très recommandé. Je recommande fortement cet endroit. »

« The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere. »

« Great stay with a very welcoming hostess. A royal fresh breakfast. Nice big comfy beds and everything was super clean. We stayed 2 nights and we would definitely rebook at this place. Nice area with wonderful views. »

« Séjour original pour se ressourcer. Cabine bien équipée idéale pour 2 personnes. Un peu compliqué pour recevoir les codes d’accès car il faut être connecté. »

« Hôtel super propre, bien entretenu. Employée à la réception très accueillante et efficace. Hôtel bien situé. »

« Room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The Hudson views were outstanding! The charm of the architecture was awesome with the copper metal patches on the wood plank floors. We missed peak season by a week or two, but the leaves that were still there were stunning from our balcony. We are looking forward to coming back next year during peak! (The views are worth coming in any season, honestly) »

« Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4. »

« Chambres propre et confortable. Facile d'accès avec toutes les commodités à proximitées. Personnel serviable et agréable. »

« I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...
