« Well situated on high hilltop great view of lake . Property has gated entrance . Seems like a safe environment. No air con it was quite hot when we were there those accustomed to air con would not be comfortable . those that do not need tempature control would find it a safe clean well situated venue »

« Assez bien dans l'ensemble mais assez cher par rapport à d'autres hébergements que nous avons eu en Afrique du sud. Point positif : bel environnement. Point négatif : ménage. Petite terrasse agréable mais pas propre idem pour les transats à la piscine. Franchement à ce prix on peut trouver mieux »

« Great place to say between Oudtshoorn and Calitzdorp. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Cottages are old and quaint but in a very peaceful setting. »

« Beautiful stay at the oakhurst farm cottages. Farm shop had lots of food choices for an easy meal or a braai. Lovely meal baskets and a wonderful facility with lots of different options and things to do. Would love to head back in the future! »

« Second-to-none hospitality in a magical setting. Look forward to returning. »

« Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate. »

« Lovely accommodating host, cottage spotlessly clean, well stocked, with a very comfortable bed! We loved the seclusion and the river was a big bonus. Just note it is 7 kms from the main road on a dirt road, but easily manageable. Highly recommend! (: »

« Lits corrects et confortables. Bonne climatisation. Grands espaces. Tapis mur à mur défraîchis dans le salon et la chambre. Intérieur et extérieur négligé. Dommage car ça pourrait être agréable si rénové et plus propre! »

« Reservation confirmedfor 5 nights, almost 1 month later host manually updated booking to 3 nights due to system not properly updated and resulted in double bookings. Had to pay for additional 2 nights at higher rate after already having paid for 5 nights. Not planning to stay there ever againagain »
