« Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. « This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. »

Administration not good, took 1 month to get pre authorised deposit refunded, as property did not clear pending amount. »

« Excellent Apartment/Hotel, staff were great and helpful and the it was well located. Only issue was a couple of times I had trouble entering the hotel after hours as the entrance wouldn’t open, but the staff were very reactive and sort it out for me. I will definitely stay again. Thanks »

« Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

« Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere »

« A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! »

It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. « Room was ok nice and clean. Shower was really good. Parking the car is a bit hit and miss. Had to park away from the room. Not a big deal as we didn’t have much luggage and only stayed one night. Overall it was ok. »
