L'espace:
Les appartements NoKno se composent de 2 bùtiments et de 5 appartements au total. Il y a un stationnement disponible pour les 5 unités à l'arriÚre de la propriété prÚs du garage et de la murale. Parking dans la rue également disponible.

Le Little Lemon Lounge est composé de 2 chambres, avec lits Queen, et 1 salle de bain complÚte. La suite est trÚs élégamment décorée et possÚde de nombreuses touches réfléchies pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous.

C'est une configuration idĂ©ale pour les petits groupes, les voyageurs en solo ou les couples qui souhaitent ĂȘtre prĂšs du centre-ville avec des Ă©quipements accessibles Ă  pied ..

AccÚs invité:
Vous aurez la pleine utilisation de tout l'appartement qui est situé au dernier étage du bon bùtiment. Il y a un escalier à l'avant du bùtiment qui mÚne à votre appartement.

Vous aurez suffisamment de stationnement pour 2 véhicules dans l'aire de stationnement à l'avant de la maison, mais l'aire de stationnement à l'arriÚre est un espace partagé entre les autres appartements.

Perfectly cozy

I was looking for a place to stay while visiting my daughter and had a set budget in mind. I waited too long to book my 1st choice and when i reached out to the property manager to ask a question about it, not only was she amazing at communicating with me, but sent other recommended places to stay. I appreciated that so much, that I booked with her, outside of my budget- just so I could stay at one of her properties. The Little lemon lounge was exactly as described and pictured. It was cozy and well-equipped for the perfect long weekend stay. I was able to do some things around Knoxville with my daughter and loved the central location- but spent the majority of the time in the flat. It was very comfortable and had a home-away-from-home feel to it. Very clean and quiet. I would stay here again. I was most impressed by the host and how friendly, accommodating and communicative she was.

The Lemon Lounge was exactly as described & pictured. Very clean & up to date. Lots of local suggestions in the guest manual. Easy check in/check out. Responsive & polite host. Was the perfect location for us, as we enjoy Market Square/downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable cottage just outside downtown!

The property has been beautifully renovated! Everything was very clean and tidy and we loved the watercolor paintings displayed by a local artist. The owners had a binder with restaurant recommendations & there's an adorable coffee shop (K Brew) just one block away. It was a quick drive (less than 5 minutes) to downtown. The parking spots right outside were very convenient and actual spaces in the driveway vs street parking which I always appreciate! We would definitely stay here again or try another of the owners' properties!

Really enjoyed my stay at the lemon lounge. Everything was just as pictured and very comfortable. Extra points for newer TV that was easy to operate and find content to watch. Nice little organic co-op near by was perfect shopping for me. Would def stay again.

Don't Let Positive Reviews Fool You, Travelers Beware

While we were excited to stay at the lemon lounge the reality was disappointing. First I guess “up and coming” means sketchy and unsafe. The neighborhood left lots to be desired. If we hadn’t arrive after dark after a long day of traveling we would’ve just left. However, since it was late we decided to stay the night even though we were uncomfortable. I will note that we read all of the reviews and even though there was another review that said they were uncomfortable upon arrival we decided since there were so many good reviews we would give it a try. Well
 I wished we hadn’t. The house looked better in the pictures. There was no window covering on the kitchen window. The towels were dingy and looked old and worn. There was a musty smell upon entering the home. There was no hand soap in the kitchen. The hallway rug wasn’t secure and we kept tripping on it, since the mat under the rug was cut unevenly. You could hear traffic and people yelling in another unit all night. Morning couldn’t have come sooner. We’d already made new reservations within minutes of our arrival. I understand the cancellation rules and that we were out all of our money. However, once the owner heard we were so uncomfortable and felt unsafe at the home and we had scheduled for 5+ days it would’ve been nice if they would have refunded us at least part of our money. Although no amount of money could’ve made us stay another night. We couldn’t have gotten out of this rental fast enough. Also heads up if you go to the Kroger near the house there are cops at the check out area and questionable people in the store. I 100% do not recommend staying here.

Loved The Lemon Lounge

We had a great stay at the Little Lemon Lounge! It was so welcoming and homey with great decor and an excellent location. The host provided a book with tips on good restaurants and area attractions that was so helpful. Missy was very quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure everything was in order. Our daughter will be going to school at UT so we will be back to visit and would definitely stay here again!

Overall very nice

The property was very clean, provided thoughtful amenities and was conveniently located to downtown. It is in a bit of a transitional area which had us a little concerned, at first, but it turned out to be ok. We didn’t have any problems and it was very quiet. Property manager very accessible.
