„Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, KĂŒcheneinrichtung mi t allem was man benötigt ( sogar die Messer waren geschĂ€rft!). Schöner Pool in der Anlage, ĂŒber die Straße zum Meer in dem viele Leute ( wir nicht ) geschnorchelt haben. Die Lage im SĂŒden der Insel fanden wir optimal, da der Norden allgemein regnerischer ist und im November 2018 aufgrund der Unwetter im FrĂŒhjahr dort vieles noch gesperrt war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sehr gerne wieder. Tipp fĂŒr den sehr empfehlenswerten ...

„We had such a great experience staying at this property! Check in was a breeze and all the amenities. Even though we didn’t utilize, it was a nice treat to have some streaming services available. Host and front desk were very attentive and checked in with us upon arrival and before we left to assure our needs met. Ocean and sunset was lovely from our balcony was magnificent. Another added bonus was the ability to view luau nearby. Thanks for having us and would highly recommend.“

„Kiahuna Resort is special. First, it's set on one of the most beautiful and easily enjoyable ocean beaches in the world. Second, the expansive grounds are lovely and very well maintained. There's probably not a bad unit in this resort - I've stayed in 4 over the last 42 years - so it probably comes down to price point, communication with owner, and standard of furnishings and decor. We have no complaints from this stay!“

„First of all: Sara was an extremely nice host and responded instantly to all our questions and requests. We found the apartment very clean and even equipped with a small welcome package of some local coffee and snacks - which we really enjoyed. Washer, dryer capacity is awesome and the dryer dries fast. Kitchen was very well appointed, had everything I have at home and then some. Loved the oven mits and silicone baking sheets. "Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Gartenblick gebucht und bekamen ein altes Appartment mit Blick auf ein schmutziges, rostiges Vordach und weiter dann auf den Pool. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, konnten wir am 2 Tag das Appartment wechseln. Das neue Appartment war renoviert und schön. Allerdings ist uns dadurch ein ganzer Urlaubstag verloren gegangen,da wir um 10 Uhr "auschecken" mussten aus dem alten Appartment und um 15 Uhr erst das neue Appartment beziehen konnten. Es erfolgte weder eine Entschuldigung noch Kompensation, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Dazu kommt, dass wir sogar Gold Member der Hotelgruppe sind und keinerlei der ĂŒblichen Goodies erhalten haben. Insgesamt geht das besser, wie wir aus dem Hilton resort auf Big Island wissen. Das Personal ist fĂŒr hawaiianische VerhĂ€ltnisse reserviert. Das Housekeeping ist super."
