Vue sur l'océan et le jardin 2Br 2Ba condo en face de la plage de Poipu à Kauai, Hawaii. Certains des meilleurs et les plus sûrs baignade, la plongée, le surf et bodyboard sur l'île. Restaurants et commerces à distance de marche.

Maintenant, avec deux unités A / C pour vos besoins de confort!

C'est l'unité # 809 dans le bâtiment # 8. Vous aurez une cuisine entièrement équipée, câble 42in HDTV avec DVR / DVD, Internet filaire et sans fil, laveuse / sécheuse, lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre (peut convertir en roi). Climatiseur dans la chambre principale / salon et 2ème chambre. Vous aurez également une piscine oceanside, et un court de tennis et deux zones de bar-b-que. Tous les besoins de plage fournis: serviettes, parasols, glacière et chaises (équipement de plongée et des planches de bodyboard sont généralement disponibles, mais sont soumis à des dommages).

Chaque chambre a sa propre véranda, salle de bains, et d'une télévision. Ce condo est entièrement meublé et dispose beau décor de l'île.

Ce qui fait vraiment ce magnifique condo se démarquer est sa facilité d'accès. Situé au sommet de la colline, il suffit de monter, parc, marcher dans 4 étapes, aller à la porte et l'étape dans. La plupart des condos utilisent les parcs de stationnement loin des unités et nécessitent un escalier pour obtenir la même vue sur l'océan! En outre, cela est une unité de plain -nō et descendre les escaliers à un lit ou bain!

Vous êtes à environ une minute de marche de la piscine, des courts de tennis, du bar-b-que, et de l'observation des tortues dans l'océan!

Les voyageurs qui annulent au moins 60 jours avant l'enregistrement recevront 100% du montant qu'ils ont payé. Si vous annulez entre 30 et 60 jours avant l'enregistrement, vous recevrez 50%. Après cela, aucun remboursement sauf si nous sommes en mesure de réserver à nouveau la plage horaire avec un autre invité. Ensuite, le loyer récupéré sera remboursé. Clean and great A/C
We stayed a couple of nights in July to be closer to Waimea Canyon. The unit is easy to access, just a few steps down from the parking lot. But the back of the unit is elevated, affording great views. There’s great ventilation- possible to have ocean breezes through the living area during the day. We used A/C at night and it was great, too. We were able to cook as needed. The unit was a little hard to find based on instructions because we arrived after dark. It would be clearer to say “Go to the end of Nalo Rd and park upon entering the lot.”

Great view from living room and master bedroom lanai
Air conditioning worked great! Older unit and met all our needs. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. We walked down for shave ice every day! There are steps down from parking lot and step up into condo! Although with help, my 93 year old mom made it down steps and up into unit. She spent most of her morning in sun on lanai off her bedroom and then transitioned to large lanai in afternoon and evening. Kitchen is well supplied and bathrooms off both bedrooms were nice. Plenty of room for 4.

Perfect in every way.
This property checked all the boxes we were looking for. Great location, spacious, comfortable and easy to access. Sitting out on the lanai in the evenings and watching the sunset over the ocean was amazing.

Our stay here was lovely. We enjoyed the stay.
Our stay was beautiful, the Condo was clean and the view and surroundings including the pool quite lovely, fabulous really. The fans and windows kept the air comfortable. It was quiet and very well kept. Had a bit of trouble with the shower knob as it was hard to push in and out. This did not interfere with our impression of our stay. Especially the convenience of the parking. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything you need.
Fantastic property, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The place was very clean and the AC was appreciated as many places on Kauai still don’t have it. Everything about our unit was as advertised, which made for a very pleasant, trouble free stay. This is one of the better equipped properties in which we have recently stayed. Towels, beach chairs, cooler, golf clubs, and the kitchen had everything we could want and more. The photos don’t do the unit justice as the bedrooms are very spacious and the lanai for each bedroom is an awesome bonus. If you choose, you can watch the gorgeous Poipu sunset from your lanai, or stroll down and enjoy it with others who gather at the beach every evening to share the beauty. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to a friend or family member. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

Nice view, quiet complex
Nice lanai with great view, quiet complex, large rooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer are a plus and a/c is good in bedrooms only. It sits up high so the afternoon sun beats down on the living room and bedroom facing West making it very warm in those areas, and you don’t get much of a cross breeze. I think better, updated window coverings would help.

Great Poipu condo with excellent view
This condo has an amazing ocean view and an excellent location within the complex. Parking is right at the front door; no steps to climb with groceries, luggage, etc. or lengthy walk to get to your vehicle. Great wireless and tv service. Very good communication with condo owner.

Couple tweaks but almost great
We stayed for Thanksgiving and had a terrific time with our family. The unit was easily walkable to the beach, clean and comfortable, and the check in process was easy. The listing mentioned A/C but we expected central instead of the units in each of the bedrooms that were loud and not very strong. The unit was pretty warm in the afternoon - particularly in the common areas. A few other easy upgrades - like a new mattress would move this to a truly awesome stay. Communication with the host was really easy and convenient.

Overall good location.A few helpful hints might be nights lights could be added ,first aid kit,A/C was kind of week,maybe some ice packs for the coolers to go to beach,no mention of ODORS from the sewer system problems.I believe the directions to get to the location need to be improved.Needs to add take a right Naylo rd.,go to end then take a right to 2nd apartment.Directions on what needs to be done for check out. We followed our previous weeks stay in Maui directions.

It's "ok"
We recently stayed at this property and there are good and not so good things. First the positive. The size of the property is huge. Both bedrooms and living area are large. It was nice that both bedrooms had portable a/c units. The kitchen had all the needed items to prepare a home meal. The view from the property is good and you can see sunsets and the ocean clearly. Also, my son enjoyed the bodyboard provided. Now the not so good. The first hour we were at the condo the guest bathroom toilet clogged. Given that there is a plunger and the toilet is held up by a wooden board one can assume it was not an unusual occurrence. I contacted the property manager as listed in the instructions and received a text the next day saying someone would look at it. Guess what? NO ONE EVER CAME. The toilet was clogged for three days until it finally flushed on it's own. Next, the neighbor who is a full time owner went out of her way to harass my son about putting on sunscreen OUTSIDE on the sidewalk because she didn't like it. She also proceeded to tell us where to walk and what we needed to do and not do. I know that being an owner by an rental can be problematic but it wasn't comfortable trying to make sure you didn't make her mad. In addition there are signs on both lanais saying not to talk to loud or talk on the phone outside. Overall, it wasn't a very inviting place to unwind. The property is dated and although it has the two ac portable unit they never really did the trick. Overall, I would choose a different property to stay at if I were to come to Poipu again.

Nice Condo
Nice quiet 2 bedroom condo. Very spacious throughout. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Lounge area was comfortably furnished. Bedrooms were large and air conditioning units were great and kept both bedrooms cool. The lounge would benefit from an air conditioning unit as it did get very hot in the afternoons. The curtains in the lounge and bedrooms were not proper curtains, more like net curtains just for privacy. However blackout curtains would have helped prevent heat buildup in the lounge and also not allow light through in the bedrooms in the early morning. Bathrooms were functional but the shower controls were very difficult to pull out and would benefit from some lubrication. The provision of shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner was a nice touch. Views from the lanai were lovely and it was great to sit out and enjoy an evening meal watching the sunset. Disappointed there was no phone. First time we have stayed anywhere in Kauai without a phone. This maybe ok for visitors from the USA but not so good for Europeans or UK citizens as using cell phones is expensive is the US. Pool area was good but we were surprised the pool had been closed for a day due to cleaning. We understand that such cleaning is necessary. Other visitors had been informed of this by the owners. However we were not informed and did not realise until we tried to go the pool to see there was a sign the pool was closed. We should have been informed as other visitors were. Communication from the owner prior to arrival was good and responses to questions were received promptly. Overall a nice stay.

Good Condo But It Needs Work
The Pros: Great location - very close to the beach, pool is a short walk away. First floor condo but the sound from the upstairs unit wasn't bad. The unit is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The living room, dining room and patio furniture was comfortable. The TV's worked well. Fast internet speeds. Shower supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. were all well-stocked. We only encounted one cocaroach, a few ants and a centipede in the unit. That is actually pretty good for Hawaii. The Cons: There are portable a/c units in each room but no a/c in the living room and that is where it gets the hottest. The living room curtains are too thin to block the afternoon heat that shines directly through the patio doors. Adding blackout curtains to the sliding doors would be a game changer or upgrading to a mini-split a/c unit like the adjacent units. The black stand fan was partially broken. It turned on but did not oscillate or provide sufficient air. The guest bathroom toilet did not flush properly and needs to be repaired. The built-in fan and light on above the stove did not work and it actually made it difficult to see while cooking because there is no light directly above the stove area. Some of the frying pans were still greasy and had to be re-washed before we used them. The twin beds in the guest room are worn out and very soft. Just a heads up if you're a sleeper who prefers firm mattresses. Overall a good condo that just needs a few improvements.
