"Begrüßung und verabschiedung an der Rezeption war sehr professionell und sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir sind auf besserer Zimmer upgegradet worden. Die Mitarbeiter in den ganzen hotel waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Speise auswahl war nicht vielfältig und die Speise am büffet und Kaffee war manchmal nicht heiß."

"Bin eigentlich nicht der „AI-Typ“, war aber positiv überrascht, wie abwechslungsreich und lecker das Essen war - top! Getränke hingegen sehr durchschnittlich. Der „Haus“-Wein nichts für Genießer, eine „Light“-Bier Variante - naja - und Cocktails kein wirklicher Standard. Die „Animation“ kann man nicht als solche bezeichnen, wirklich schlecht und uninspiriert - sorry, aber das war eine glatte 6! Warum ich den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr positiv bewerte: Nettes Personal, saubere Anlage, sehr gutes Essen, wirklich geräumiges Zimmer, tolle Lage! "

"We went to a one week trip to Heraklion and found via Expedia this nice hotel. It is directly located in the city center. Shops, nice restaurants and nice and interesting places to visit like the H Harbour are very close by in 5 to 10 min walk distance. The staff is very nice and always happy to help to give advice when and where to go. The rooms have a nice modern styling and are very clean and well maintained. Our room had also a nice balcony, with chairs and a table. The hotel does also have a spa area with a swimming pool downstairs for which a reservation is necessary. There is no reservation fee for guests. We thought it is a good idea, that a reservation needs to be done, so the experience is nicer, because there is no risk, that the area might be overcrowded. An additional nice Pool is on the roof top with the roof top bar right next located to it. The roof top pool does not need a reservation. In summary, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will for sure come back for another stay in the future to visit Heraklion again."
