No swimming pool, rooms smell fried foods
I paid the high price for a swimming pool, but it was closed, it is not a 4 star hotel service, the two rooms I used smelled very strong fried food (the didnt solve the problem), cheated by this hotel

You can enjoy our outdoor swimming pool during that period of time. I'm sorry to hear the rooms weren't up to the standard. Excellent service, chambre propre silencieuse avec toutes les commoditiés. Quartier avec peu d'attrait mais service de navette gratuit pour le centre-ville. Point negatif, pour travailler dans la chambre, chaise et bureau et inconfortable.

Imo, this lodging seems to appeal to certain segmented budget travelers and that ain’t me — initial intention to book a place called Dorsett KAI TAK which they served the same abbrv. Dumbfounded that place isn’t opened yet however, there were some reviews about that property which is incredibly bizarre and borderline fake reviews as the property Dorsett KT hasn’t even been established for business. As for this one in KWUN TONG, KT again, the only thing I like about it was the cleanliness of the towels but everything is on the opposite end of the spectrum including bed comfort, size, ac, stained windows, nostalgic style corridor, the opposite of eagerness of front door concierge and the marlboro or equivalent of odor emitting from the front door area which provocatively rushing on you almost immediately when you step inside the property. The mental alarm just went on knowing that, ok this place is residing in a scrambled among industrial buildings and manufacture regions of the Kowloon Side of Hong Kong in a close proximity of the ferry port. To conclude, I will never come back.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little dirty at corner spots but acceptable. Overall feeling is good and positive for the price they charged.

Overall experience is nice, for a solo traveler, the room size is just perfect. Spacious enough for one person, not too small and not too big. It is in Kwun Tong, not exactly Kowloon, 2 stops away from Kowloon Bay with MTR. Quite far if your purpose to HK is going around, need 2x change of MTR lane to go to the HK island and 1x change to TST/Mongkok. Although staffs are not entirely friendly, but they are very helpful. I love the sustainability movement, by providing water dispenser on every floor, no bottles provided in the room. The fitness center is very nice with new equipment too.

Nice hotel but away from the center
Overall happy with our stay. The location is away from the center of Hong Kong but MTR fairly close. Bed was not comfortable, very hard. Swimming pool got no sun as tall buildings blocking it. So a bit cool. Also there was a worker there basically watching over us. Not very relaxing. Room was a nice size and our view at night was pretty.

The hotel is outdated, room is very big compared to other hotels in Hk. The location is very convenient. We stayed one night before the cruise.
