good with some issues
Overall my stay was good. room was good, bed comfortable. however, the handling of some major issues like malfunctioning of the elevators and annoying problems with wifi access by the staff was very disappointing. obviously the prevailing attitude is "it is them (the guests), not us". I had to "proof" in front of eventually for staff that i am capable of typing a wifi username and a password before finally action has been taken to solve the problem. as it turned out, they issued a wrong or faulty password. as for the elevator you need a keycard to operate it. very often, though, the system does not accept the key card. staff comes to assist you by taking the key card away from the guest and then use it to operate to lift. sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. the message, though, is again: you customer do not use the key card properly. during my stay i met a few fellow guests telling me how upset they are about the elevator issues. one women even got stuck for 15 minutes. still, the policy of the hotel seems to be never to say sorry and never to admit issues. so sad.
