Fuyez cet hotel qui est en plus très cher
Ma chambre était vraiment très très très sale ça sentait mauvais , le couloir digne d un bouge et qui puait....quand au restaurant c était franchement pas bon et le service très très long ( en fait il n y a aucun service!)

Bon hotel
Bon hotel pour un transit car tout pres de l'aeroport. La qualite de la chambre etait bien au dessus de nos attentes en comparaison du prix. Je mettrais 4+ étoiles pour la chambre.

Très bon séjour dans ce sublime hôtel !!!
Ayant réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute, suite à un problème avec l'hôtel où je séjournais... Je fus très agréablement surpris par la grande qualité dans son ensemble qui affiche un rapport qualité/prix proche du 10/10! En effet, c'est un hôtel récent (datant de 2010) avec des chambres très spacieuses et très design (on se croirait au Mercure Hôtel!) Le petit-déjeuner continental inclus dans la réservation est plus que satisfaisant (plats locaux, fruits,gâteaux sucrés, céréales,etc...) Le déjeuner ou le diner peuvent être pris sur place et il y a le choix de manger à la carte ou au buffet (prix très très raisonnable) C'est l'un des seuls hôtels qui offre une piscine et de surcroit, une piscine extérieure comportant une piscine pour enfant avec toboggan et jeux d'eau! Il y a aussi une piscine couverte réservée à la gente féminine. Par contre, "tenue correcte exigée"...En effet, il est à noter que Kuala Terengganu est une ville très pratiquante. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité incroyable. Les points qui peuvent un peu gênant sont : - Qu'il est assez excentré du centre ville (il y a quand même une navette gratuite qui permet d'être déposé à 3 endroits de la ville mais dernier retour 18h30 donc pour une soirée en ville, il faudra un taxi...) - Le wifi dans les chambres ne fonctionne pas, il faudra se rendre dans le lobby pour pouvoir surfer sur internet.

Chambre grande mais ayant une très forte odeur d'humidité. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel et un petit déjeuner bien je ne conseille pas cet hotel et nous n'y retournerons pas.

It was under construction and being renovated. When it gets done the place will be very nice. The pool looked amazing and they even had a lazy river. The rooms could use a little updating but the beds amd amenities were very nice. When the work is done it will be a gem of a hotel!!!

I reserve my 5 star for after renovation. I will comeback again. As of now, the room was good. The breakfast buffet was good. Location is good for someone who dont mind to drive. Nothing is walkable distance , fyi. But to find this hotel was easy. Parking lots is a abundant.

Raia Hotels need some work to do before it can be a great hotel. Your guests parked at the side of the road but a designated parking area is available and empty. Something wrong here is it? And breakfast buffet was frustrating. You have the facilities, you got the potential. Still can improve. Other than this, everything was good. The room was good, the staff was nice, the hotel itself looks good inside and outside. Recommended for business travellers like me as it is near the airport, but for vacation, probably hotels in Kuala Terengganu City would be better.

Not bad..
The hotel was a bit run down. The room is big but the hosekeeping did not clean the room properly. There was a food in the fridge and there was a used shower cap hanging at the toilet. Even a few bundle of hairs every where at the toilet and on the bed.. the carpet on the walk way to the room looks bad. Overall the hotel is big and was okay stay. Could improve in future.

Not Helpful Hotel Receptionist
It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.

Please wake up, dear Hotel Manager
The facilities are good and new but the staffs are not good, they are giving poor service. The PR is very poor. The hotel manager may be sleeping. This is my 5th stayed in this hotel since the last 3 years., and noted the PR geeting poor and poorer. This hotel is still among the good hotel to stay in Kuala Terengganu but unfortunately the Hotel Manager is not taking this opportunity.
