Dommage l'hôtel doit être très vigilant .Punaises de lit!! La propreté de la piscine est limité belle plage , personnel agréable . Séjour très agréable sauf les boutons de partout sur 3 personnes touchées nous étions 6

Piscine très grande et belle . Petit déjeuner exceptionnel de variété et qualité. Personnel aimable et serviable de façon générale. Nous n'avons pas été importunés par les sandflies supposées présentes. Notre chambre s'est cependant révélée bruyante : bruit de climatisation externe à la chambre, et sifflement de la machinerie d'ascenseur.

Hôtel assez confortable. Grande piscine et belle plage. Malgré une réservation avec 1enfant, le lit supplémentaire est payant. La qualité des repas est assez moyenne mais l'hôtel est assez sympa dans l'ensemble.

Hotel bien situe entre cherating et kuantan, au bord d'une immense plage equipee de transats. Beaucoup d equipements : belles piscines adultes et enfants, salle de sport, salle de jeux tres equipees, restaurants, Cafe, boutique, boite de nuit... Dommage qu il ne soit pas un peu plus dynamique : Bar de plage fermé, bar de piscine fantome. Mais le personnel est plutot agreable et j ai ete surclasse a mon arrivee. Evitez les chambres cote night club et pres des ascenseurs de service, elles sont tres bruyantes. Bon rapport qualite prix a 3h de KL.

Hôtel accueillant jouxtant la plage
Apparemment, l'hôtel semble un des meilleurs de la plage en termes de confort. Son architecture est toutefois d'une affligeante banalité: vu en plan, l'hôtel a la forme d'un trapèze dont la base est la plage. Sa hauteur de 5 étages est trop élevée et dépare l'environnement; pour ce type d'endroit, il vaut mieux un ensemble de bungalows de 1 étage sis en bord de plage ou disséminés dans un jardin tropical, et inspirés de l'architecture du pays au lieu d'un bâtiment du type clapier à touristes, fût-il confortable et bourgeois. On pourrait toutefois atténuer les défauts de cette architecture, style Torremolinos années 60 , en recouvrant les murs de l'hôtel d'encorbellements ou ses terrasses de jardinières où pousseraient des plantes locales - plantes grimpantes, plantes à haute tige, plantes à tige retombante - qui gommeraient un peu le côté HLM de l'hôtel. J'y allais surtout pour les cours de kite surf: à côté de l'hôtel se trouve une cabane qui ne paye pas de mine mais dont l'occupant (Leo) donne de bons cours de kite surf (réserver par internet) et dispose de bon matériel. Attention, au mois d'août, un vent de force 4 n'est pas quotidien. La mer, chaude et peu profonde, se prête bien à une initiation à ce sport. Seul inconvénient, un courant sud-nord parallèle à la plage, assez fort, complique le déplacement dans l'eau.

Beautiful hotel with very beautiful beach and swimming pool The buffet is expensive, and as there is no restaurant outside , it is not so easy to eat A small snack bar with a very poor Menu Be careful : activities are not included, you have to pay ! The personnel in the Bar is very friendly

the location is great, just next to beach. Now under renovation, half wings under construction, noisy . Under the bed, can found shoes. I booked family room, the small room aircond is not cool Overall, the hotel is great, will come again.

Scene is very good, but room’s AC is not ice cold. Sometimes good to go, and in the middle of night just stop working. Only issue that bummed the trip.

The hospitality received was 5 star. The all the staff were quick, friendly, helpful and responsible of their work. Keep on the good work. The room was comfortable. Although the bathroom could have a better shower head, probably a bit modern looking ones. Bed and pillow as comfortable. TV have good selection of channels. Breakfast buffet was good too. The selection was good but can be better, especially the choices of fruits, and if you have those type of coffee machine that have selection of latte, cappucino, etc, would be better.

First and Last Memorable Trip
Bath-tub was dirty and had hair inside when I checked in, informed housekeeping to clean and the housekeeper was not wearing a mask, took a dirty towel to clean it. After that requested for a change of room. The pillows were too soft and not good to sleep on, dust were everywhere inside every corner of the cupboards, hair dryer was not working (maintenance came to change the wiring), curtains had blackout on one side and not the other, causing the morning sun to be shining bright into the room, worst experience ever. However the hotel was good outside and the pool was good as well. Quite an old hotel.

This was my 3rd or 4th times staying in this hotel, I have two concerns on my last stay 1. (ATV) Guests who rented this service are recklsessly riding the vehicle by the beach and more terribly, the parents allowed their young kids to monouver the bike. It gives discomfort due to loud sound of exhaust and most importantly safety of family with kids which exposed with speedy bike by the beach. We need to stop our kids from running around freely. They should provide proper off-road tracks suit with atv activities. Free-riding is dangerous 2. (Covid-19 complete vacc. check) Through out 3 days of my stay, NON OF THE STAFF ASK FOR MY VACC. STATUS. starting from check in and out, this is compulsory SOP required by the KKM in order for the hotel to operate their service. There was no assurance the guests of the hotel are secured with complete jabs. Previous hotel I stayed in Penang, one staff assigned just to check on the vacc. status, entrances and cafe. 3. (Finesse) I checked in and out almost everyday of my carrier as airlines crew and I know the procedures of the house should provide medical assistance for the guests whom in needed, just prepare few pieces of paracetamol in case in the middle of the night, shops are close, you get what I mean? Rather than just say "Tak Ada" okay? Hotel please take note Thank you
