The ground floor features two bedrooms, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6+2 guests, sauna, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and utility room.

Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom, toilet and an open lounge area with a double bed.

The villa is an excellent choice for both families and groups of friends.

After an active day outdoors, relax in the warmth of the villa. The ready-heated sauna stove provides soft and enjoyable sauna heat without a long wait, while the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in the living room.

Firewood is included in the price.

The kitchen opens directly onto the rear terrace, where you can enjoy views of the peaceful pine forest and natural Finnish groundcover landscape.

The villa is designed for comfortable and relaxing holidays. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to dinner, while Smart10 and Monopoly offer a fun way to spend a relaxed evening together.

The property also includes a carport and a separate ski maintenance room.

For your safety, the villa is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.

Yläkerrassa on erillinen makuuhuone, WC ja avoin oleskelutila, josta löytyy myös parisänky.

Kohde sopii erinomaisesti niin perheille kuin ystäväporukoille.

Aktiivisen päivän jälkeen on ihana palata lämpimään mökkiin. Hetivalmis-kiuas tarjoaa pehmeät löylyt ilman pitkää odottelua, ja olohuoneen takka tuo iltaan tunnelmaa.

Polttopuut sisältyvät hintaan.

Keittiöstä on suora kulku takapihan terassille, jossa voit nauttia rauhallisesta mäntymetsästä ja luonnonmukaisesta kunttamaastosta.

Villa Lumikengässä on panostettu viihtyvyyteen ja lomailun helppouteen. Yhteisiin iltoihin löytyvät myös Smart10 ja Monopoly, ja hyvin varustellussa keittiössä onnistuvat niin aamupalat kuin pidemmätkin illalliset.
