Couple of nights in western Scotland
Room was very comfortable, with a great view. Breakfast was excellent, and the dining options were first class.

Great atmosphere in bar/restaurant and lovley staff. Comfortable bed and we slept really well. But bathroom horrendously old fashioned, (eg under powered Mira electric shower) and overall the price of the room was much too high for something so dated .

From checking in to checking out this is a wonderful place. Everything is a high standard. The furnishings in lounge area very relaxing. My room was standard but would be deemed superior in many establishments. Restaurant delivers great food in a pleasant environment. Breakfast cooked to order Being on edge of a Locke means SETI’s is great for waking

Our room was on the 2nd floor, only accessible via narrow stairways. This was problematic with our bags. In retrospect I should have requested a room on the ground floor.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was also delicious and good menu choice. Room was disappointing, especially at the price. Dated and with poor bathroom facilities. Looks like the reception and some rooms have been updated, sadly ours wasn't.

We arrived on the later end of check-in, so we checked in through the bar, as requested. The room was very clean and had all the required amenities. The area around the lidge is beautiful, and the breakfast was really good. The downsides are that there was no fan to combat the heat in the room. We opened the windows, but no air from outside moved into the room. There was no iron. The shower didn't drain well, and I was concerned that it would overflow into the bathroom floor before i could get a short shower.

A very comfortable and modern room overlooking the lake, very nicely furnished. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine seems to maintain luke warm coffee and the waitress was very surly despite us offering friendliness and warmth, which was a shame, but not a show stopper...

The room was very clean, which I liked. But the bed was a standard double with a footboard, which wasn't big enough for my 6'1". The pillows were huge synthetic lumps which I couldn't use. Had to roll up a towel to use as a substitute. WiFi was poor. Evening food was ok. People were very friendly. But, £136 for the night (one person) not great value for money.

The newly refurbished section was beautifully done and certainly brings the venue up a few notches. Definitely worthy of more than its allocated stars. Friendly staff and good food made for a very enjoyable stay

Hotel com quartos novos e espaçosos. Localizado à beira da rodovia que da acesso a ilha de skye, bem ao lado de um belo lago. Não há comércios por perto mas o hotel possui um pub quer serve refeições. Café da manhã típico escocês.

Good hotel, lovely location.
Room was very basic for the cost. Would love to come back and try one of the other rooms at some point. Food was absolutely outstanding. Menu selection very good, chefs deserve a gold star of their very own. Plenty of varied options including meat, veggie, even vegan and gf available on request for some dishes. The haggis dirty fries were amazing! Allergen info on the main menu was very clear. Service was quick and very friendly. Staff all seemed in good humour which is nice. Beer and spirit selection at the bar was good, plenty to try. Breakfast was excellent, lovely service, really quick as well. Plenty of choice! From what I saw, rooms 1-5 are the newer ones and probably worth paying a little extra. Hopefully will be back to try one of those next time.

Lovely property - bit confusing maze in the house, but it was perfect for this stay. Staff was amazingly kind (carrying MY bag up to my room! I don't pack lightly either). Restaurant/bar was great, wonderful food, lovely area - can't say enough.

Wonderful stay - perfect place!
Lovely room and stay! I had room one and loved it! Bathroom is great, only thing that would have been better is some hair conditioner available as well as I forgot to pack some. Room was wonderful, in love with the circle windows and windows and window bench! Bed was super comfy and perfect. Honestly I could just talk about everything being perfect! Had dinner downstairs - food and service was great :)

Una struttura di livello, pulita, accogliente e in una posizione stupenda. Purtroppo io ho avuto un problema con il bagno, ma mi hanno offerto un’altra camera che aveva altrettanti problemi. Per questo disagio si sono scusati e mi hanno offerto uno sconto su quanto pagato. Sono cose che possono succedere, l’importante è essere disponibili a trovare delle soluzioni e loro lo hanno fatto.
