House of 160m2 located in the Tres Cales area of l'Ametlla de Mar only 1km from Cala Forn beach, 28km from Port Aventura and 45km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large outdoor area equipped with several tables and chairs, chill-out, hammocks for sunbathing, petanque court, built-in barbecue and private 6x3m pool open all year round. There are four bedrooms, which have two double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed for two people. It has two bathrooms with shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, television. Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area for 4 cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
