« Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with.
The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. For example, there wasn't a good, sharp knife we could use to chop things, nor was there a decent spatula. It was a bunch of mismatched stuff. I think...

« The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future. »
