« The smart A/C controller was a godsend for this menopausal Momma!!! The overhead extra large fan was an additional plus. If they change the water pressure with an effective showerhead for the corner shower stall, it would be the only place I'll ever stay when in N'Orleans. The kitchen was well appointed with amenities to reheat leftovers when you want to just have a quiet moment without thinking of where to go next to eat-and there are MANY options within walking distance. »

« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »

« Great location — walk to wonderful dining and shopping, the neighborhood is a perfect blend of quiet but lively. Very cute style and a well-outfitted apartment for your NOLA home away from home! Bring earplugs as there is a loud buzzing sound (probably fans or other machinery elsewhere in the building) that runs off and on all night. »

« We stayed 2 nights here. The unit was extremely clean and had a lot of time and love invested into it. The layout was in that of the iconic shot gun style home. Bed in master could use an update. Extra bathroom was a plus for us. We ain’t use stove but it did work as did the fridge/freezer. Updated photos for exterior would have been nice as the front nor back look as nice as in the photos.
