The space
Outdoors: Situated on a spacious double lot, this home offers plenty of room to take in the beautiful mountain views. The backyard includes a private pool (Can be heated for an additional fee) and plenty of seating for all guests. Enjoy the privacy of large grassy areas and trees surrounding the property, giving it an estate feel.

Indoors: Inside, you will enjoy an updated and stylish space with a laid back and relaxed feel to put you in the vacation state of mind. Both bathrooms have recently been tastefully remodeled with brand new vanities, tile floor and gorgeous tile showers! In the living room, listen to the old school record player while watching television on the flat screen tv. The dining room has a large table with enough room for everyone.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own unique characteristics with two of the bedrooms sporting king beds. All bedrooms have new beds and mattresses.

Bedroom 1 is the largest in size with a king size bed, mountain views and window slider leading out to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and large closet for all of your belongings.

Bedroom 3 features 5 skylights that bring in a ton of light during the day surely to lift your spirits every time you walk in the room. It also features an en suite bathroom and king size bed.

Bedroom 4 has two full size beds and a window slider leading out to the front of the house.
