You’ll find a variety of dining options, wine bars, and boutique shops, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. Start your day with a coffee from one of the nearby cafés, and don’t miss the weekly markets for local finds.



The community is also close to the pet area, making it convenient for guests traveling with pets. For those seeking outdoor adventures, golf courses and hiking trails are easily accessible.



Beyond the famous Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the area hosts many other world-class events throughout the year, including the BNP Paribas Open, local art festivals, and seasonal markets, all just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While Old Town is within walking distance, we recommend a car to explore the Coachella Valley.



You'll find convenient freeway access nearby for easy travel to top attractions — including Joshua Tree National Park, just 45 minutes away, perfect for a scenic day trip or sunset hike.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to four shared swimming pools and hot tubs set among the community gardens. They are heated year-round and open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Pool towels are provided.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150. Access to the four community pools and hot tubs is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Free parking is available on site.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo.



Please note that the in-unit safe is not operational.
