« L’appartement est parfait, il est superbement meublé, de belles prestations. L’appartement est bien ventilé, pas besoin de vivre avec la climatisation, il y a des terrasses partout, très agréable. La piscine de la résidence (neuve) est parfaite, bien ombragée et peu de monde. Les plages sont à quelques minutes à pied, sinon nous allions à pied en 20 minutes à Bayahibe par un chemin qui longe le bord de mer. Je recommande l’appartement de Warren! »

« El apartamento es bueno para quien vive en la propiedad, pero para disfrutar de unas vacaciones no. La alberca no la puedes usar después de las ocho de la noche, la propiedad no está en el pueblo de Bayahibe, esta en dominicus, lejos de la playa y si estas manejando, cuídate por qué no hay señales de tráfico. »

« The location is fantastic and the apartment is quite roomy. The apartment is requiring some maintenance as the bedroom door handles we off the doors which my partner fixed, the shower wall attachment was broken and the shower shampoo and soap dispenser was broken. The other issue we had was the power ran out during one day and a week later ran out all night which was a problem as my partner has a breathing machine. It appears that the power has to be purchased each week and I would suggest that...

« Leider liegt die FeWo in einem Viertel mit vielen Hunden, Hähnen und der Zuckerrohrfabrik im Osten. Mit Oropax klappt der Schlaf. Carlos stand für jede Frage zur Verfügung und unterstütze wo er konnte. Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke. Bei Stromausfall überbrücken Batterien die Zeit des Ausfalles. Bei der Buchung kommen noch Gebühren und eine Kautions-Versicherung zum Tagespreis. Die "kleine" Kautionszahlung wurde anstandslos nach der Abreise zurücküberwiesen. Alles gut. »

« 8 guys all with their separate rooms. Large gathering areas to socialize after a long day of fishing. Concierge was great and organized everything. Even went above and beyond when we threw some things at her last minute. Victor was very attentive to every detail and the chef made us meals everyday. Always on time and tasted great. Would definitely recommend. »
