« Great place. Three big TVS, three quiet and efficient air-conditioners in the living room and two bedrooms. There is a big washer/dryer unit off the kitchen.
Only complaint would be that the photo of the small pool is a bit misleading as it looks like it is right off the patio when it is actually 8 floors down off the parking area.
The $30 for cleaning is a bit excessive considering the low cost of most things in the DR. »

« Great location. It’s a fourth floor walk up with no elevators so may not be ideal for anyone with accessibility needs. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We are familiar with Moca so it wasn’t difficult to locate. Someone who is not from the area might need to know the property is called Rosedale Residences. I had trouble maintaining the temperature in the shower. It has digital temperature control that would change from very warm down to cold which was not ideal since I was trying...
