„Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. „If you want some peace and quiet from the road . This little place fits the bill perfectly. It is secluded and tucked away. The area surrounding it is a goldmine of culture, languages and scenery. 14,000 foot peaks an hour away. Charming small towns tucked away in remote areas. An adventure.“

„Patrick hosts a perfect site to enjoy the area. His instructions for finding and entering the property are clear and concise. The camper is clean, well equipped and his instructions for use are clear and concise. If you are looking for a quiet retreat to “crash” after a day of exploring the area, this is it! “

„The yurt was very comfortable and clean. The pictures were accurate and we really appreciated the tie out for our dog. You really only need to bring yourself and your food. What a great way to camp! We did have some terrible with the power staying on but the host was extremely responsive and did his best to help. We will be back. “

„Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. „Craig and Judy are wonderful hosts and we could not have had a more delightful stay! Every amenity you could possibly need has been provided along with a bowl of snacks on the table. The cabin was just what we were hoping for with wonderful views that make you just want to sit and relax for hours. We enjoyed hiking around the property and using the shooting range. „House and amenities were exactly as advertised. House was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. Owner was great communicator and kept in touch with us during our stay. We will be returning to the area and will definitely rent from her again as long as she lists the house. AMAZING STAY!!“
