« The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha. »

« I booked a non smoking room but it smelt like an ashtray. I have to clean everything in my luggage including my bags due to the smell. »

« Sold my room after reserving and paying in advance. Will never forget getting into Chicago at 2am just for them to tell us they are full capacity when driving from out of state. No call or anything!! Very upset and disappointed »

« I booked the room with early check In request, along with Continental Breakfast, due to long drive from Canada to Chicago with a 3 yrs. Old boy. I arrived at counter, and asked him nicely to check my reservation. Without even looking my name and reservation info, He replied comeback at 3 pm. No hi no Good Afternoon nothing. I asked him to check in the system, He said No for early check in, we charge extra $30.00. Check in time is 3 pm. I came at 2:30 pm. But he refused to check the system....

« La chambre ne ressemblait pas à celle sur les photos, plancher flottant qui relevait à plusieurs endroit. Jour d’environ 1 pouce en dessous de la porte. Assez bruyant la nuit. Je n’y retournerai pas. »

« La chambre est spacieuse. Nous étions 3 adultes. La chambre était située à l'arrière donc pas trop de bruit. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas bien par contre. Le petit déjeuner était très bien comparativement à d'autres hôtels de la région. L'accès à Chicago Downtown est facile par la proximité du métro. Je recommande »

« Location is okay but the place was terribly dirty: dirty and sticky floor, dust in the bed, sticky stains in the table, and super smelly perfume they use on the bedding and curtains. Not worth the price. »
