« Booked here for mine and my partners 2nd anniversary! Room was bigger than I thought! (Good thing) Nice and clean! Air-conditioning which was a life saver with the weather at the moment! Ended up having a Sunday lunch at the pub next door to the rooms and it was the best Sunday lunch I've had out! Staff we're great and attentive! Would definitely return! »

« The room was spacious and clean but the air con didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees all night. There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. The meal in the evening was almost inedible the £30 steak was all gristle and I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which I came as a normal one, when I mentioned it to the waiter they didn’t do anything. When I asked for the bill I had to wait 30 minutes and also ask another waiter,...

« Really really bad. Dirty, expensive, poorly maintained and had hardly any sleep due to kids screaming and playing knock a door run until 11pm. Wouldn't recommend - we travel theme parks around the world and stay in on site accommodation regularly. This was by far the worst. »

« We stayed in a beautiful hive which was nicely done and the hotel itself was beautiful. We were disappointed not to have a bath or to be able to use any the sauna facilities and that whole building seemed to be in the midst of renovation. We were also surprised that breakfast wasn’t included and that when we ordered English breakfasts we didn’t get any toast and when we asked for some were then charged £2.50 per slice. I feedback when we departed that I was not impressed but nothing was done...
