Hôtel près de Lac Grundl, Grundlsee, Grundlsee

« Excellent property with stunning views to a lake (Grundlsee) and the mountains. Helpful, friendly and very welcoming staff. Recommend. »

« très bel hôtel de charme dans un lieu magique. arriver après 17h pour accéder en véhicule à l'hôtel situé en zone piétonne. accueil très agréable, construction ancienne (pas d'ascenseur), un agencement avec le souci du détail, de vastes chambres, vue sur lac magnifique. mérite un séjour de plusieurs nuits pour profiter du lac et des alentours. »

« Hôtel très bien aménagé et équipé, personnel serviable. »

« Super clean apartment, owners were vety nice and helpful. There was everything we needed. Little kitchen was cude. We would only need to open it a bit earlier. ( it is closed 22.00-8.30 ). Supermarkets are nerby. All surounded by beautiful mountains. »

« The place is ideal for Hallstatt, it has all you need!!! »

« The cottage was very pretty, comfortable and cozy. Although we didn't have a direct view on the lake, we could go to the main cottage to see it and could enjoy a view of the mountain from everywhere. The shower were a little small and the "sun tanning" option in the shower wasn't working (the system was taking a lot of place in the shower, so I said to myself, might as well try it), but otherwise, warm and charming house. The site was great and a lit of activity were disponible. However, good...

« We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you »

« Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay. »

« Déçue. Ce n’est pas conforme aux photos. C’est vieillot. Le personnel est froid »

« The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was...

« The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...
