« Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!! »

« Overall stay was good. Beds were nice, they have one room with 1 queen, second room with 2 twin beds and one sofa bed in the TV room. Speaking of the TV, the photos might be showing there is one but that's just for decoration as per the host. Water is not drinkable, so need to arrange it ourselves. There was vomit behind toilet seat in powder room when we checked in. Rest of the cabin was clean. The door for backyard deck did not have working locks nor did it have working grill. »

« We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were...
