« The setting of the cabin - near the end of the road by an out-of-the-way unspoilt pond - is wonderful, and the cabin, though modest, is very comortable and convenient. We canoed on the lake, saw loons and eagles, hiked nearby, and watched stars - days of amazement and calm. « This summer camp was immaculately clean and in the perfect place for eclipse viewing. The owner was promptly responsive and very helpful. Only two complaints: a very muddy sloping driveway that made me fear getting stuck, and a bathroom door that came off its track. It would have been good to know about the room enclosing the futon: happily it suited my very short travel companion, but a taller person would not have fit in it. »
