« Unser Aufenthalt am Wochenende im Hotel B2 war einfach hervorragend. Wie immer war alles perfekt: sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, erstklassiger Service, ein komfortables und sauberes Zimmer, ein köstliches Frühstück usw. Jetzt verstehen wir, warum wir bei unseren Besuchen in Zürich seit 15 Jahren immer im Hotel B2 übernachten. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist einfach fantastisch und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht. Wir kommen wieder! »

« I’m travelling very often for my work and this is the first time I have had such a poor expérience; people are shouting to each other in the corridors at midnight, then again at 6AM laughing hard and making a lois alarm go off. Alarm went off several times during 20min and reception told me not to panic. I was looking for a place to rest, did not know that at SwissEver resting was from midnight to 6…what customers do you have? This is very low level, as a first price hôtel attitude. Despicable...
