First of all, the front clerk was extremely rude, not helpful whatsoever, and excused me for stealing something from the “store” located behind the front desk; she was demanding in a rude and abrasive manner that I empty my jacket pockets because I'm assuming she seen my starbucks drink i purchased prior to arriving at the hotel, this was degrading and unprofessional. Most importantly, the room was not described as advertised in the pictures when booking. Also,one of the beds had stains on the comforter, the TV had red lines throughout the whole screen,and the refrigerator did not work. The virtual assistant named Jose gave me this case number, S#181954222.After chatting and letting him know the issues i was having I went down to the hot tub to try to relax, i got in the Hot tub and it was extremely disgusting and dangerous, I cut my toe on the jagged cement that was inside of the hot tub causing my foot to bleed. I have a video of the conditions that the hot tub room and the hot tub is in,along with my bleeding toe. lastly, there were no towels available in the hot tub room. When i went to the front desk to ask about towels i was told to get towels from my room that they were out at the front desk.
