« The house was very nice, plenty of room for 11 people. There was space for young adults to play foosball and ping pong and hang out and for the older adults to visit a watch their own shows. The host was very helpful and available for any questions. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to RMNP, Longmont, Boulder and the drive to Denver was easy. Overall a great stay! »

« The property seemed clean. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, though we used it less than our typical. We ended up walking to/from the soccer stadium for a concert. It was easy enough to get Uber/Lyft for other trips. The host has been very responsive to me post trip as we attempt to recover headphones my husband left behind. »

« My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house! »

« This is such an adorable apartment! It was clean and cozy. It was perfect for my daughter, myself and our dog. We felt safe and enjoyed the historic neighborhood and close proximity to the park. Cheesman Park it's such a lovely place to exercise, relax or stop at the cafe. Everything about our stay was lovely! »

« The house was a really cool place, we had plenty of space to spread out and appreciated the amount of bathrooms! Only complaint was that it got hot at night and the fans that were in the closets didn’t work. Also, we did not have any coffee filters for the coffee pot so make sure to get your own! »
