The south-facing terrace features an impressive modern overhang, providing both shade and architectural interest. The elevated 10 x 5 metre infinity pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days (it has no heating or cover).



On the upper floor, the rooftop terrace offers an additional leisure space, ideal for sunbathing or simply appreciating the view and enjoying the marvellous sunset from the jacuzzi, offering moments of absolute relaxation.



On the lower level, there is ample covered parking, a large garage and a laundry room. In this space you will also find a ping-pong table and bicycles.



The landscaped garden grown with local plants surrounds the entire property. The gas barbecue, situated in another area of the garden with a dining table and parasol, invites memorable outdoor dinners.
