« Lake Arrowhead Inn is truly one of the best places to stay in Lake Arrowhead, and this was my second wonderful visit with friends! I was so lucky to stay in the exact same beautiful lakefront unit as last time, with breathtaking views, spotless rooms, fresh linens, a wonderful hot shower, and everything perfectly prepared for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly kind and professional, the customer service is outstanding, the breakfast is delicious, and the location offers easy access to...

« Lake view room was clean and comfortable. The window drapes were a bit worn. The shower needs a grab bar to hold onto in getting in and out of the tub/shower. The doors on all the rooms need to be fixed so that they close quietly and not disturb the other guests. The thermostat is not intuitive to adjust. Operating instructions next to the thermostat would be helpful. Need to add a recycling bin in each room for recycling items and promote recycling with all the guests. »

« Hi, I’d like to actually request a half refund considering the state of the home. There was no AC, in the middle of summer when temperatures outside reach the 90s meaning temperatures inside were in the 80sIt was incredibly uncomfortable, almost unbearable. If we had booked for a 2nd night we wouldn’t have been able to stay there. Not only that, it was dusty and dirty. It looked like no one had been there to clean for months. There were old tissues and trash left behind the bedside tables and an...
