„This property looked exactly as pictured. It was a beautiful home & a great location. Really close to stores & restaurants. Plus the neighborhood was quiet. There were a few nicks to paint in the bathroom as well as a few stains on the couch. One of our biggest complaints was the slacking of the cleaning crew. There was a dirty shower head in the front bathroom, a draw w/ dirt & screws as well as a few cabinets with empty liquor bottles. Also there was no broom to sweep so we had to buy one. ...

First of all the listing is not upfront about the hot tub and pool fees! Listing states the home has a pool and hot tub, the home only has a pool and mini pool unless you pay a fee to heat the hot tub! I requested the hot tub be on, it was not on when we arrived.
