Our stay was really nice, we especially enjoyed the gracious breakfast, the swimming pool could have been warmer but we are senior citizens so we are used to a 90 plus degree swimming pool at our senior club at Northfield MN. The property is going through some remodeling but even through that, it was clean and comfortable. Our room had been updated and was comfortable and clean. The owners are extremely helpful while also allowing us our privacy. Definitely will stay at whenever we are in Lake City!

Everything from the hosts to the unit were amazing and very clean and updated. Only problem was disrespectful guests allowing kids to run, play and scream in hallways or sit right outside doors or run and jump non stop on rooftop lounge from morning to night.

Spent a long weekend with husband and our 2 pups. Beautiful spot to take in sunrise each morning. Location was great with easy access to walking/bike path. Back porch also made it easy for us to store our bikes. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend this spot.
