« When we walked in the hotel, the smell of smoked cigarettes lingered. We got to the room and the light wouldn’t turn on and all the switches were very confusing. I pulled off the sheets and found many dirty spots on it. The bathroom had no vent and after I took a shower it was wet all over. The microwave had an old smell of something that had been cooked in it and was never cleaned. Our floor had a spot with a nail sticking through and made it very unsafe to walk in the room trying to avoid it. »

« Prem has been the manager on duty for quite a while now and has been a true joy to deal with. Almost everything was great. I had a super room right across the hall from the elevator, which is extremely convenient for me as I walk with a cane. My only concern (and I made him aware) was that the phone in the room was not in working order. I also DO, very much, like their continental breakfast. LOADS of choices. Frankly, my favorite is a simple hard-boiled egg and toast. »
