La piscine chaude et propre parfaite ! On peut prendre une bière sur le bord c’est tres apprécié à 38 degré. Restaurant sur place de base mais pratique pour nous qui voyageons en moto donc on souhaite que tout soit à distance de marche pour le souper qualité prix correct. Chambre propre lit confortable !

This place is so FILTHY!!!!! We got checked into a room that was never cleaned!!!! There was urine all over the toilet, handprints on mirrors, full trash cans, burn holes on the bed, DOG POOP behind the lamp…. Front desk told us they are fully booked, couldn’t change rooms, told us they would have the room cleaned the next day; never did!!! Kept saying “sorry try the manager, but she never answers” I’ve called several times, no answer. This place is disgusting!!!! Front desk girl had her boyfriend laying on the floor behind the desk on his phone. I would not book this hotel.

The cleanness of the room was not a quality standard mirror was stain. The toilet seemed like nobody had cleaned it. After communicating that to the front desk they sent some to supposedly clean it again. After that we come to find out there was no hot water. Again made a complaint to the front desk. Maintenance deemed it was not repairable and it wasn’t until then they offered a different room. When I initially request one after the first unpleasant encounter they told me they had nothing available at the time.

Free breakfast, clean dinning area. If you don't mind holes in your towels dingy bathtub. Would be able to bath your children. The bath tub was not clean looking and shower curtain was torn. Only one person was brave enough to shower, the could not.

Very close to the main road so very loud as cars drive by but I can tolerate that since it's outside of their control. Now the sticky floors that turned your feet black immediately was nasty. We found the mop bucket they used and the water looked like motor oil. Took a pic of it

There was a 1" gap under exterior door. The shower faucet has about 1" play when you lift the shower handle. Blow dryer fell off wall when girlfriend used it. Burnt out light bulbs in room and walkway. No elevator to get to 2nd floor.

My stay coincided with busy Desert Storm weekend, so it was a busy weekend. I had to ask to have my room cleaned after two nights. Cleanliness was average to below average, breakfast was average, however I am used to Marriott properties.

We chose the Quality Suites bc it usually has a decent reputation. While check-in staff was helpful and quick, and the lobby seemed new, updated furniture etc, empty shelving next to counter, normally used for snacks display seemed wasted. A bar off lobby was busy at check in, an event was going on in banquet hall. Later the noise from people walking past our room to the event and later returning was a bit noisy, but after 10 pm all was quiet. Vehicles parked in front of rooms, esp several Motorcycles that sounded like Jet Engines taking off, was loud but quiet after 10 pm. Doors are not well sound-proofed but no street noise during night once all "partiers" had returned to their rooms. The morning hot breakfast buffet was quite good, scrambled eggs & sausage, make your own waffles etc. Served in the same room that becomes a restaurant for lunch & dinner but very "bare bones" for those options and was dark and empty the next afternoon/evening? Overall poor maintenance, slap-dash cleaning and upkeep inside and out. Dirty gravely cement walk ways on ground floor with room doors scratched in Bldg 2, parking lot cracked with pot holes. Room had all amenities but floor dirty, blood stains on dirty curtain sheers, mold under the caulking around the tub, rust on tub & sink drains. Corners not dusted, sticky stain on glass desk top. 1/2 roll of TP ran almost out had to ask for more and no kleenex available. No face clothes so used larger towels. Sink handle fell off.

It seems as though someone began remodeling the hotel but decided to drop the project before completing it. The room had very dirty carpeting and the bathroom door was too big for its frame. The staff members try very hard to be hospitable and kind but they are no match for the physical condition of the hotel or for its location (it partially opens on a very active, four-lane road). Try another hotel, if possible.
