Very enjoyable
Very clean house and perfect to just chill for a couple days. Plenty of space inside and outside the house. Communication with owner was east and fast responses. A easy ten minute drive to the lake or downtown.

The stay at the house was very comfortable. If I was to make one suggestion it would be to recommend to the owner to utilize the side driveway inside the gated area to stripe out a pickleball court for guest to play pickleball. That area is perfect for that.

The property was better than the pictures.Location was easy to find.we were from the Northwest so the warmth was much appreciated, enjoyed the songbirds cheerful greetings!There were 6 of us and still plenty of room inside and out.

Easy to find, check in was great, very spacious for 3 couples, property had everything we needed. Couple issues with the freezer and music system but Mike was quick to reply with info.

A lovely place to wake up
We stayed a week in March with a party of 5 & couldn't have picked a better place. The young adults enjoyed the heated pool, the cornhole game, and the lounge chairs. My husband enjoyed playing DJ with the outdoor juke box & I enjoyed a cup of morning coffee in the sunshine. The location is ideal; while the road is a little busier it was a breeze to get back to the main highway for daytrips to explore the area. The house was very clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice that there were assorted condiments in the fridge left by former guests. We used the grill several times - the local Tractor Supply store will fill the LP tank & is less than 10 minutes away. The owner Mike was very responsive to messages; and there were clear instructions left around the house as well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Oasis at the Lake
This is a well maintained home that sits up on a hill where you can spot the lake from the driveway. Everything about the house is comfortable and inviting and Mike is quick to respond. Huge backyard with a pool, built in speakers, lounge chairs, a cabana, and a grill. You have the option of heating the pool for an added fee and my kids loved it. I have a demanding job and Vegas has become very busy and stressful so a quiet escape was needed and found. Thanks again Mike!

As if there wasn’t enough to do in Lake Havasu keeping the kids entertained was no problem at this gem of a house. We really enjoyed that even when we were not out enjoying the lake we were enjoying swimming, games and music at the VRBO.

The house was just like the pics & description. The house was perfect for me and 6 of my friends with plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and clean as well as the entire house. The beds were comfy, the patio had plenty of seating and the outside games added to the fun. The sound system is great it plays inside the house and outside on the back patio and there is a jukebox that was cool to check out. The pool was refreshing after a hot day out on the lake. There is also plenty of parking. I would highly recommend staying at this house. It has everything you need, Mike was very easy to get in contact with and very friendly!! Thank you, Mike, for letting us share your beautiful home you helped make my birthday one to remember!!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The beds were very comfy, it was decorated beautifully and was in a great location. We loved the outdoor area. There was so much space and seating! We had great weather and spent a lot of time sitting by the pool. The living room was also great and spacious, we enjoyed playing games every night. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is very welcoming and clean. It has everything you could possibly want inside and out. Very comfortable rooms. Nice pool, an array of outdoor furniture, allowing for outdoor eating, sunbathing or just relaxing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time here Mother’s Day weekend. The house was spacious and clean. It was well stocked and we enjoyed the beach decor. The kids loved the pool after a day on the water. Plenty of secure boat parking. We will definitely consider this rental next time we’re up here.

Perfect home with excellent set up for a VRBO. Home was very comfortable and had all the needed amenities. Pool area was clean and tidy with thoughtful touches. Great high speed internet and large TV monitors throughout. Use of the garage was an excellent touch. Easy check in, easy check out. Beautiful house, would definitely search this out next time!

Family very comfortable in this rental! Mike was a great communicator, answers were quick. Would have preferred that leaving instructions were posted in house, as our family had departed before receiving those. But all was well and we are waiting now for return of our $750. deposit. Would use this rental again!
