« While it was a clean place.
There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. »

« Let me say that we stayed 5 nights and the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. But there were a few inconveniences. The plug by the bed was covered by a headboard screwed to the wall, making it unusable. The wall tv was gone and a small tv was brought in and sitting on the desk. The breakfast was subpar and the coffee terrible. They didnât even have whole milk and the bananas were too brown.
